DESCRIPTION: The Baltimore, MD multi-branch team
seeks an energetic professional recruiter. This individual must
demonstrate leadership qualities through previous internal and
external hourly recruiting and sourcing experiences to make an
impact in a high volume, fast-paced and growing service
organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates rapport building
qualities, creative sourcing foresight, initiative and drive, an attitude
of learning and leading, recruitment and employment/HR law
knowledge, and a desire to grow with an industry leader.

JOB SUMMARY: Recruits security personnel – Security Guards /
Officers, Supervisors, and Management; places announcements for
openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to
secure candidates; participates in job fairs; follows up on leads.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Two years prior recruiting experience preferred.
Prior security industry, staffing agency, corporate HR/recruiting,
and / or equivalent education a plus
